I have a step daughter and am currently pregnant with my daughter. 
Originally my husband and I agreed/decided that we only wanted 2 kids; so my step daughter and one of our own. But I also know my husband was really hoping for a boy. So I have told him to have a good think about whether he is truly finished or not. 
If we were to have another it would have to be in a few years.
