Looking for a fun way to workout so I don’t keep putting off my workouts
Hey guys, so I’ve gained a lot of weight and it’s really hard for me to work out sometimes, like I will legitimately put it off or procrastinate doing it. I guess it’s hard for me to find a fun workout that I can really get into. I have an elliptical and a stationary bike, but I will also find myself not really enjoying it too much, I guess that’s why I put off my workouts. Does anyone know of a fun workout that you can see even the laziest person to get into? Lol
