How many days before ovulation should I have sex

I’ve been ttc for about 7 months now with no luck, I have been told I have pcos and needed to lose a little weight( I’m not extremely large I think I look good for my height) but I’m coming up on my ovulation in 5 days and needed some opinions on days me and my husband should get busy 😜
