Over thinking in my relationship

I’m in this relationship with a good guy. He really nice and affectionate and it’s the best relationship I have been in. But because of past relationships and friendships I can’t help but over think things and expect something to go wrong. I know it isn’t fair and it isn’t healthy I just don’t know how to stop and get better. I don’t want my past relationships to depict how I feel and think about my bf. Is there anything anyone can tell me to get out of my head?
