Would you be mad if you were the sister with a less feminine name?
Planning on having 2 girls (already pregnant with the first, the second might be adopted idk yet, anyways) with our first daughter we are choosing between really feminine names (our top choices being Ellia & Yasmin). But for our second daughter, we’ve always wanted her name to be Carter. It has a lot of meaning behind it. We might make her full name Cartia to make it more feminine. We love it so much but are worried she’ll hate it because it’s unisex. Would you hate if your name was Carter? We’re so set on it, but we want her to love it too
Keeping this anon but @ COURTNEY. My husband was raised by his grandparents because his mother is a drug addict & his father abandoned him. Carter is their last name. It also stems off the Greek word (I’m greek) Caritas which means love. It has a very special meaning to us.
