i have a tilted uterus and with both of my pregnancies i had terrible back labor now I'm on my 3rd baby.

I was told at an ultrasound. I was told it raises my chances of back labor but that was it. With my first child I had no complications during pregnancy or birth. It was an Unmedicated birth and I  did not have back labor. We will see how things go this time around but so far no complications.

My obgyn told me I have a tilted cervix at my exam. They didn’t mention any complications from it though.
