Opinions/suggestions please!

So I went into the drs today with a bp of 177/101. For the first time my urine had a trace of protein. They done blood work, put me on bp meds and I’m collecting a 24 hr urine sample. The Dr didn’t want to Induce today due to my cervix still high and closed and not dilated any. So any suggestions on how to help my body get on the go before I go back Monday? I’ll be 38 weeks then. Will I have to have magnesium during labor? How bad will it be if I’m not dilated any?
