Baby hates whole milk

So I’ve been giving my 11 month old whole cows milk since 10 months since I had to return to work and got the OK from her ped. Only problem is she doesn’t like it. I will discuss with her doctor at her one year checkup but I was just curious as to if anyone else this has happened to? She LOVES water and we are still nursing. She also eats like a champ. But I recently tried organic whole milk and she seems to like it a tiny bit better. But will only drink 1-2 ounces of it a day.
