Hey sorry I know this is a gross topic but...

I've had a really hard time having bowel movements lately. And when I do, my poop is a yellowish color and looks like it has mucous when I wipe???

I also have had lower abdominal heaviness and some weird twitching/popping sensations in my lower belly and also occasionally in my upper belly.

What could this be??

Note; I was diagnosed with IBS awhile back. Not pregnant, got blood test back today that confirmed that.
