So, after my laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis I was put on 10mg a day of Norethindrone (Aygestin) to take for 30 days.

On Saturday my dose was lowered to 5mg a day for 60 days. However I had just finished telling my husband that my lower abdomen hasn't felt as sore yesterday or today. I went to use the restroom and I have started spotting. It's mostly pinkish/orange.

It might be nothing but it's freaking me out. Anyone have any similar experiences? I should note that I know it's a low dose, but my husband and I didn't exactly use additional barrier methods to prevent pregnancy. I honestly didn't see the point but now I am scared what this spotting means.
