3 faint positives for days...14 dpo

Do I have any hope that this will turn into a successful pregnancy?? Has this happened to anyone and what were the results??! Days of faint positives it’s now 14 dpo and everyone at same cycle as me has their BFP already, feeling so down confused and discouraged 😢
