Possible PCOS diagnosis or something else

I had a check up at my GYN office last Thursday. I expressed some concerns regarding possible BV infection as well as PCOS. I have many symptoms of PCOS & asked to have some things evaluated. I was given my depo vera shot, which I just started for that visit. She said if anything came up in my blood work, she would give me a call.

She stated it really did not look nor smell like I had BV and that my period could have been the culprit with hormonal changes. My odd vaginal smell after my period went away Friday *awesome*...

But today my doctor gave me a call which I missed & she left me a message stating she will call again tomorrow. But the gyn office is not open tomorrow so could this possibly be urgent?

What to expect if I am diagnosed with PCOS? I suppose that is best case scenario?
