We are a team. He helps with kids, housework, etc. The only thing he doesn't do is cook. I'm home on maternity leave right now and he still helps. That's how it should be.

We have a cleaner. Neither of us has the inclination to clean and our time is precious so we’d rather spend it with our daughter.
