What do you think? Please comment and let me know if you’ve been through this and had a + outcome thanks ladies

Okay long story short I had a chemical pregnancy... back in may I had my period on the 2nd and lasted til the 4th. on 5/29 I tested positive very faint all the way up until 6/6. On 6/9 I started spotting brown and that lasted for two days and then I started really bleeding until the 13th. Got my hcg levels checked and they were at 42, then 56, then 76, then 18 then 12, then on 7-5-18 it was at 8 and on 7-12-18 it was at 1.7. I started spotting once or twice on the 17th then nothing on the 18th and then like once or twice today which is 7-19-18. I’m so nauseous, breasts are tender, lower back pain, mild cramps. Since I have no idea when I would have ovulated or if I even did because I didn’t test then idk if it’s even possible to be pregnant. I took a test just to see and I feel like I kind of see something but could be an indent. And if the spotting was implantation bleeding then idk if it would even be positive yet?
