Gaining weight
So I’m scared I lost 2lbs my first trimester now I’m on my 2nd trimester and dr said I need to start gaining weight , for morning I eat cereal with banana at times different things then I will have couple fruits and yogurt throughout the day I’m eating 3 times a day and I feel bad like if I’m not eating enough any moms know how to gain weight or what to eat that’s good ?
