When a chemical pregnancy occurs, when do you start bleeding?

I tested positive at home Monday, then Tuesday negative at doctors office, I continued testing Tuesday night, Wednesday morning, Wednesday night and I still got positive, I tested this morning and unfortunately the line was barely there. I tested again a couple on minutes ago and I don’t see a line anymore 😢. I been cramping for a couple of hours now but when I use the bathroom it’s all clear.

I will see my doctor tomorrow at noon.

But I was wondering if this is a chemical pregnancy when should I start bleeding? Is the flow gonna be heavy?

I had my appointment today.

I started bleeding today at 10 A. M. Dr said that according to my last menstrual cycle I should of been 11 weeks, but I don’t think I was that far along. I don’t think I can be more than 6 weeks.

I have not passed any clots, it’s just heavy bleeding. I am scheduled for a transvaginal ultrasound next Monday to check if my body released everything on its own. We would go from there.
