2 month old teething

Hi All! To our surprise our 2 month old has begun teething she has 2 teeth coming in. What can we do to help her? She’s clearly in pain. I’ve been trying to just nurse her as much as I can. She can’t hold anything in her hands yet to chew on. So she’s just been chewing on her hands. Any suggestions please 😭 I hate to see my baby in pain.
