What did my doctor mean?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and just had my pregnancy confirmed for my second baby. My doctor said he was going to check my uterus to make sure it's expanding and also feel around my stomach. After he said "oh yeah there's not much room in there at all"

What does that mean do you think? I should of asked but I was distracted. I feel like I'm already showing (I'm a whale when pregnant). Could that be what he meant? That everything is big already?
