positive or not? help please

8dpo, taken two HPT both positive (I think?-pics below) went to the Dr who did a urine test and said negative. 3 days to AF. I am spotting and mild cramps. dr said blood tests a week from today if AF doesnt show. I have no symptoms other than spotting and cramps which I normally get before AF. SO many mixed signals! Any one?
