Will stacking my sons two toddler mattresses together on the floor look tacky? I don’t want it to seem like I’m just throwing him in the floor or something.

I found this for a girl and I absolutely love it. It helps teach them that they can go to bed when they want. So I think you’re perfectly fine to put beds on the floor. Instead of having a crib my SO and father in law are making my crib. Below is a picture.

I think it’s fine. If the whole room is finished and it looks purposeful, not lazy, I think it looks inviting and smart!
