Pcos fertility treatments?

My doctor and I have an appointment next week to discuss our next steps since my ultrasound showed 11 cysts on my ovaries. I haven’t had a period for four months. Has anyone had any luck conceiving doing metformin, provera, and clomid or femara? How bad were the side effects? What worked for you to get pregnant?

Answer

Metformin helped me the first time. I was able to stop using it and got pregnant with Femara. My cycles were also regular on metformin within six weeks. 
I do think it helped a lot cause my second time around I didn’t use metformin and we ended up having to use injectibles.
