How do you deal with nausea at work?

At work and I feel like I’m about to puke whenever I stand up. What do I do?

I thankfully work in an er so I typically take zofran when i get nauseous at work. Try chewing some peppermint gum if you have it and just take it easy.

This gum works wonders for nausea. I'm pregnant and it helps me pretty much instantly. I'm sure it would help you also.

I have acid reflux so I always have ginger and gravol with me.

Answer

Chew peppermint gum or peppermint tea, eat soda crackers, drink some (real) ginger ale or ginger tea.
