How long did it take you HCG levels to reach zero after methotrexate for an ectopic? I had the methotrexate injection Tuesday. My hcg was pretty low to begin with - 189....i caught it when i should have been 5w1d. LISTEN TO YOU BODY!!!! I have my first blood draw today post injection. 🤞🏻
