I've had these bumps on my face since I was nine years old. Its embarrassing when people bring it up. I know this is a bit of TMI, but I need help. What is it? And it's cure?

Omg yes I have those everywhere on my face too! I don't know what those are called. I've had them since I was 9 as well.

I burn tip of a safety pin...... let it cool.... then I poke a tiny hole slowly and gently poking the white part to bust open top layer to that white bump and then I gently squeeze the white out..... and there hard as rocks that's what I do for mine I get them far and few but when I do that's what I do to get rid of mine asap 😉😉😉

Either Milia or Keratosis pilaris. Both are type of build up that clogs the pores in your skin. It’s different from acne, and usually requires a dermatologist to remove.
