I got a blood test done last week for pregnancy. It was negative. But I've been feeling some weird twinges in my lower tummy/uterus...

I'm not sure what to do. I'm positive I've driven my doctor crazy because she keeps showing me these tests that prove negative. I keep thinking "okay this test will finally calm me down"

But it doesn't. Then it's just onto the next thing. If I was I would want to abort it and I don't want it to be too late.
