Lactaid Milk
I have a sensitive stomach and regular milk makes me feel sick, bought some lactaid milk and it tastes the same as regular milk, I was so excited. But now I have really bad diarrhea, and that's the only thing I've changed in my diet. Does it give anyone else diarrhea?
