Bleeding gums
Has anyone had this As an early pregnancy symptom? My gums started bleeding 2 days ago and it was alot.. all over my tooth brush and in the sink. I hit my mouth Yesterday and my gums started bleeding.. and I noticed 2 drops of blood in my panties earlier. Hoping and praying this is a good sign
