doctors always check her at every check up and at birth and theyve always said no its not a lip tie. shes now 13 months and now it seems like it is , i didnt look like this before she had teeth.

Definite lip tie. I’m a pediatric dental hygienist we see this all the time. I would just monitor it until she’s closer to 5-6 years old. Most likely she will take a tumble that will sever it. It will bleed a TON but don’t worry, will heal itself but up higher. If that never happens, I would find a pediatric dentist that has a laser for the frenectomy. They are super easy, no bleeding, no pain, and can eat and drink right away.

Like the others said, lip tie, My son has one, Pediatrician said, sometimes they "disconnect" when toddler takes a tumble. lots of bleeding. if it doesn't take to see a dentist, they will cut and cauterize it.
