Clary sage oil?

I’m 38 weeks tomorrow and I’ve heard it can help bring on labour if added to a bath etc? Anyone had any experience or used it at all? X thanks!

It can stimulate uterine contractions, so could bring on labour. It also can help in labour to make the contractions really effective. You can use it in a bath, or put it on a tissue and sniff it.

I’ve been using it the past week I’m now 39 weeks and it’s done nothing. I have had the odd day or two where I’ve had period cramping all day but nothing has come of it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve used it unknowingly through out my pregnancy and nothing has happened. 🤷🏼‍♀️
