Short luteal phase
My cycle have always been consistent around 25-26 days my whole life. In the last 4 months they've been 22-44 days. This past 8 months I've been using OPKs for the first time ever and I ovulate on CD1. So my literal phase is 10 days which is almost considered a luteal phase defect. CAnt get into the doc until Sept so if anyone has similar experience and knowledge to share, I would appreciate it.
Ordering Vitex this month if no BFP.
