Or Should I just buy regular old brand name vitamins?

I’ve heard really good things about them. I haven’t take them yet, I’m finishing off my current brand but plan to buy them next.

The doctor and pharmacist says the best prenatals have DHA. Make sure you read the back to compare it with other prenatals to see what vitamins it’s lacking

They are a GREAT brand. Rainbow light also makes a great prenatal

These are the ones I take, they have actual Folate in it and it made of raw fruits and veggies. Definitely did not want anything with folic acid
