What kind of car seat is best for my 13 month old?

She weights 18 pounds I know that sounds crazy but my baby is a 25 weeker anyways looking for a car seat that doesn’t tighten her neck or leave a mark on her neck well at least the one I have does even with a protector ... looking for something similar to this one ⬇️⬇️⬇️

The picture you posted is a britax. We recently got a britax boulevard for our daughter and really like it. She seems comfortable, it’s easy to install, and it’s got good safety ratings. Our daughter is almost 2 but is very small, she’s about 20 lb and 28.5 inches.
