It’s gonna hurt like hell. My first time hell everytime my SO try’s to enter my anal it hurts. But try a water based lube some ADULT stores have anal douche  to prepare you for anal sex and the water based lube is better it keeps the female or male from getting an infection from the oil based lube. It will probably hurt a little bit, you can use lube to help and he should go realllllllllyyyyy slow.  
It’s totally possible that he might get ‘dirty’ but just make sure you don’t do it on a day where your haven’t emptied your bowels. Also, it will feel like you’re pooping when he’s in there... you’re probably not.
