How close in age are your children? Are you happy with how it turned out??

Question

I’m curious to hear about other women’s experiences with both planned or surprise babies 😉. 
I’m 30 and will start trying for our first next year. We would like to have 3-4 kids (most likely 4) and I want to have them close together (11-18 months apart). 
I just want to know what you wished you’d done if you could do it again.

Mine are 6 years apart. 
Initially I wanted 2 kids and for them to be 3 years apart but after having the first one I said NO MORE! He had colic and cried a lot! 
Fast fwd 4 years I got baby fever and really wanted a girl... couldn’t get pregnant for a whole year and that’s how they ended up being 6 years apart. I wouldn’t change any of it though, it’s perfect! He is her big guardian angel 👼

I'm only young so I don't have children but me and my brother have a 9 year difference in age. Love him though all the same

my mom told me, the last thing you want is more than one kid in diapers 😁 (too much work/money). my kids are exactly 3yrs apart, and the older one finished potty training by the time the 2nd was born. I think that 2-3yrs in between is really good spacing. they're still close enough to play together and be good friends. your body gets time to recuperate from pregnancy and birth.

My oldest will be 5 next month and youngest is almost 10 months old. My son doesn’t want anything to do with his baby sister most of the time, but is excited about the baby on the way (I’m 12 weeks with our 3rd). I think since it was just him for so long, he is still jealous of her. He also tells me he doesn’t want to play with her because she can’t talk to him.

I have 2 boys now and one on the way.
They are 3 and 1 and then this little boy in my belly is due in October. So all 3 of mine are very close in age.

My son is currently 15 months old & im due with baby #2 in March. 
So I’ll have a 2 year old & a newborn!! I wanted my children close together☺️

My sister is 5 years younger than me... It was fine as we were younger, but I wish we would’ve been closer in age. We have a 14 month old and started TTC #2 this cycle. I’m hoping 2 under 2 isn’t so bad 😂

I have 4. 9,7,2,9 months. I do wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to have the last two. I thought I was done with my first two, I had a girl and a boy and was happy. Few years later hubby starts talking bout having more babies so we did and decided to have the last two very close then be done. So we’re done. The first two were surprise babies. The third was planned, the fourth was a “planned” surprise. Meaning we knew we wanted another one just didn’t have a time or date set to try again. And now we’re done! I have 2 girls and 2 boys, pretty perfect.

My step children are all within 15 months apart of the one older than them. They constantly fight and the oldest says she wishes she was an only child all the time. But I think it's more because there's too many of them (4 step kids I have) and less about close in age they are
My sister and I are nearly 8 years apart, she never played with me and we don't talk at all as adults. I was always lonely (I'm the youngest) and wanted a siblings.
I'd say close in age is good, but not too many. 3 max, but two is perfect. Having 4 children is a lot, and then I have two of my own. It's just too much, very stressful. If my husband and I got a divorce, I'd never have more. Two is good
