Does this chart indicate I ovulated. I had a peak smiley on The 18th and cramps on the 19th.

Make sure you’re temping every day as you’re supposed to have 6 low temps to confirm your shift. It appears as though you might have O, but you unfortunately can’t be certain without the previous temps 😕

You need a couple more days of high temps to confirm ovulation. Looks good so far tho
