So I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant and my daughter is 8. Since telling people after our first scan all I seem to get is ‘was it planned?’ I would never ask that of anyone and find it very upsetting as we unfortunately lost a baby last year at 11 weeks which no one knows, not even out families. We’ve always wanted another child and have tried and tried. The only reply I can give is ‘ of course, it’s a long time coming’. Does nobody think? But maybe it’s because of what we’ve been through that I look at things differently, I don’t know. It’s just getting a little frustrating having the same comments. Sorry for this, just needed to get it out!! X
