Please help
my charts are not normally this erratic, and I'm having troubles understanding it. did I actually ovulate? and if I did when? as my rise isn't very much at all
this is the first time my chart has been like this, so i am a bit worried i normally have 30-32 day cycles and a 16 day luteul phase and am normally spot on so i have no idea what is going on.
