My mother used that herb and fennel tea and even though she naturally produced more than enough for me, she started producing WAY more than enough 😂 when my daughter comes I will do the same because I love tea!

my lac doctor said that can cause lack of supply but i dont know i didnt try it but did other things and still lost supply

I haven't had any issues with my supply so I haven't needed anything, but I heard from other people that it can dry your supply. I've also heard good things about it so I guess it just depends.

I heard it drys up your milk. I use legendairy milk

I tried a bunch of things and nothing really worked. Even stuff that was wayyy top expensive. What finally worked for me is renting a hospital grade pump!!!!!

it gave muy son gas... so bad I had to throw all my pumped milk away from right after I used it 😭. but it did increase my supply.

It worked for me when I took blessed thistle with it but it gave her really bad gas
