What is the first thing you do when you catch a cramp on your leg while sleeping?

This happen to me last night I got up so fast like never before 😂😂 
Just wondering what other people do.🤔
Ps one time I punch my husband because he wouldn’t get up to help me lol either way he never woke up 😂😂😂

i have to fully stand up and put pressure on the leg for it to go away then by the time i get up i have to pee so it kinda works out for me because by the time i come back its gone and im back to sleep

Certainly not punch my husband 🙄🙄 it’s not his fault that my leg is cramping. I just stretch it and go back to sleep.

I used to get these to bad when I was a teenager! and have just gotten a few while pregnant, one was last night!
I have to stand up, streaching it doesn't help me. 
They F'in hurt so bad!!!
