How well does Glow predict your period/ovulation?

Crystal✌ • Mother of 2 girls and 1 stepson. Trying to conceive our first child together. TTC since May.
The app I've been using to predict my period says my AF was due 7/16 and usually it comes a day earlier than what the app says. Glows says its due today. No AF and a BFN. Both apps have my fertility window/ovulation the same. So confused 😕
