Anyone have 45 day cycles with more than 7 days of bleeding?

It's so hard to figure out when I'm ovulating. Has anyone conceived with an irregular cycle? Any tips?

My cycles were like this when I conceived my son. Even though they are irregular most times I know when I'm ovulating. I feel like my body is burning up with fever internally, my sex drive is super increased,   I have a clear discharge, and I will feel a pain on my left or right side of the lower abdomen.

I have 45 day cycles with about 5 or 6 days of bleeding. Its also hard for me to tell because I don't rely get ewcm.

I had a 19 day period this month. I'm on cd 23 and no positive OPK yet. Wondering if I even will this month. Never had this before!
