I'm almost 6 weeks (tomorrow) and I have a pretty nasty upper respiratory infection. my doctor prescribed me an antibiotic, but that didn't seem to work as well as we hoped it would. I went back again and he prescribed me the medrol dosepak steroid. I have researched it and it is listed as a category c med. I am scared to take it because I know it is still way early in my pregnancy. I have been fretting and over analyzing every little thing my body does since I started taking the antibiotic.

I'm just really unsure what I should do. I took a week off of work to rest and that helped but didnt clear it. I cannot afford to miss more work and I'm scared my baby isn't getting enough oxygen and that I'm going to put it in even more risk if I take the prescription. Please help!
