When would it be the best time to get a 3D Ultrasound? I’m 21 Weeks.

I’ve heard that 27/28 weeks is a gd time as baby isn’t too squashed 👍🏻

My tech says between 28 to 32 weeks because you will get an idea of what the baby will look like at birth and the baby won't be too squished yet.
