Help potty training

Advice please my little girl she about to be 3 will not potty train at all. She is as stubborn as they come.

We have tried:

Timer method

Sticker chart

Bribing with a treat, or a new toy

Potty songs

Potty Elmo

Potty tv shows

No diapers at all and buying pretty new undies

Letting her see how mommy goes potty

While on the potty we have gave her books singing and watching potty show or YouTube potty songs.

I am completely out of ideas she will not go. But as soon as the diaper come that when she goes
