Went back to swimming laps at 33 weeks
I was getting sore sitting around & doing nothing. This morning my sciatic nerve was bothering me so I decided some cool water & swimming would help loosen me up. It felt good to be back, although I am a bit slower & not as graceful 😆
Just a note, I didn't just randomly pick this up now as a beginner. I swam laps from weeks 9-15, and then switched to weightlifting from 15-28 weeks. And 28 until now (33 weeks) I was loafing around.
