When did you announce you were pregnant to everyone?

had to tell my parents and my in laws, at around 8 weeks,  because we were at a family get together and I was puking most of the day. I tried to hide it from most, but my parents and in laws know me too well for me to get away with it.
they told everyone that I was allergic to seafood and have gotten very sick.
we told everyone else after the 12 week scan, because we wanted to announce using a picture of a baby that resembles a baby, more than an embryo ( not that I think that's bad, just my preference).

Lol my mom's husband (at the time) knew before I did. My Nana cooked something & I ate like two bites & threw up a little. He was like "huhaha you're pregnant." Took a blazing positive test that day 😊😂

We told our parents and family at 13 weeks. I told my boss at 15 weeks and the rest of work at 20. I posted on social media at around 22 weeks . I have had two losses previously and didn’t feel comfortable telling people . I’m a very private person normally . I would have waited longer but my bump was getting way to hard to hide lol

We told our parents and siblings at 8 weeks, after our 1st ultrasound. The told extended family and friends around 12 weeks. We announced via social media around 18 weeks. With our next baby we will do the same thing. Also with our first we didn’t find out the gender until birth, when we have another baby we will find out the gender but I think we are going to keep it to ourselves until the birth.

In the begining I never want to tell anyone! I hold out as long as I can because I hate getting everyone's advicr and wisdom and questions and stuff it makes me super irritable to think about 🤣 I waiting until about 14 weeks but really wanted to wait longer it was just one of the only times i could get all my family together. But just.me.and my husband knew the last 2 times for s little over 3 months! it was nice!!

We told immediate family at 5 weeks. We told really close friends at 7. We picked and chose who to tell based on if something terrible did happen would we want that person to know we are going through a really difficult time. Would we want their support.

The only reason I didn't wait until I was at least 8 weeks and had my first ultrasound is because I found out right around Christmas, so I wanted to announce to the grandparents through a Christmas gift. If it hadn't been for that we would've waited until a little further along just because there is such a risk of something happening early on.
