Mine was similar but the second sac looking thing even larger and it was some sort of blood build up which explained why I was having bleeding early on but has since stopped! Looks like you have one baby in there to me ☺️ have a happy and healthy 9 months congrats!

on the right it says one gestational sac and then the measurements.
