I am about 9 1/2 weeks along & am trying to decide what to do about my OB. My current OB (who I really like & has followed me for years) delivers at a hospital which does not have a NICU. As a former pediatric nurse, delivering at a hospital with a NICU right there is kind of important to me. But I hate that I have to switch practices and doctors in order to deliver at a different hospital. Has anyone else switched OB’s to deliver at a different hospital? Was your OB understanding about it? Please comment if you have any experience with this!
