im lost and i just need help me and my bf just broke up its been 2 years that we were together.. he was being abusive in all sort of ways so i know this is the best for me but i still feel depressed if anyone has been through this before please help me out

What I had to do was remember the BAD. And fully forgive myself for allowing myself to tolerate it. Self love is the key. Understand that anger, sadness and resentment cost way more energy than just being happy. Find yourself, find your interests and keep yourself busy. Be in a relationship with yourself. Understand how valuable you are and anyone who doesn’t see that or appreciate that isn’t  worth your energy. Good luck 💕
