Can you give a new born baby breast milk from a mom who has a 7 month baby?

I have milk to spare, my baby is 7 months old. Can I give breast milk to my sister in law for her new born? She just doesn’t make milk. I’ve heard your milk changes so would it be hard on a new borns tummy?

as long as you know you are healthy and you are not doing any drugs that can affect the milk, then yes.
she can also go to the hospital she gave birth and ask for milk donations. hospitals usually have women that donate milk.
donated milk can stay frozen in your freezer for up to a year and be good.

Yes! You can try it. She might respond just fine or she might have an allergy to something you eat. It’s just harder for your body to tell you what to make without her saliva.. but people donate breast milk all the time! I’ve donated tons!
